We are currently looking for an Office Admin for one of our direct placement clients in Ortigas Center, Pasig City. A detailed Macroeconomics, industry and financial subscription database all around the world. Responsibilities: Responsible for general administrative duties including: office renovation, maintenance and control of office equipment, stationery, office lease, business license renewal, vendors’ management, filing and etc. Serve as a primary point of direct administrative contact and liaison with other departments or offices Assist on HR functions including: recruitment, payroll, medical and etc. Handle monthly payment and petty cash Compile budget reports and forecasts related to office administration Responsible for monthly and annual filing and reporting such as monthly submission of HDMF, SSS,PHIC and withholding tax Organize general affairs, staff activities and schedule meetings or conferences Support ad-hoc projects as assigned Report directly to Hong Kong, Global HR Manager Requirements: Degree holder in Business Management/Administration or related disciplines Minimum 3 years relevant working experience Excellent command of both written and spoken English Able to handle multi-task and work under pressure Independent, detail-minded and strong organization skills Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including: Word, Excel and PowerPoint Conversant with Philippines labour laws and related regulations is a definite advantage Allow to work in Philippines Immediate availability is highly preferred Interested applicants may send comprehensive resume at [email protected]
