Pomalidomide (Pomalidomide) is a new immo-Modulator drug (IMiD) of the third generation, developed and manufactured by Celgene Of the United States. It is a modified and synthesized drug based on the chemical structure of the first generation IMiD thalidomide. It can enhance the immune response mediated by T cells and natural killer cells, inhibit the production of pro-inflammatory cytokines of monocytes and induce apoptosis of tumor cells, and has been widely concerned in the treatment of various malignant tumors and immune diseases.
Permadomide, chemically named 4-amino-2 - (2, 6-dioxy-piperidine-3-yl) -isodihydroindole-1, 3-dione, is a thalidomide analogue, which is an immunomodulator with anti-tumor activity. In vitro cytology test, it can inhibit hematopoietic tumor cell proliferation and induce apoptosis. In addition, permadomide inhibited the proliferation of lenalidomide resistant multiple myeloma cell lines and induced tumor cell apoptosis in lenalidomide-sensitive and lenalidomide resistant cell lines in combination with dexame'thasone.
