Niacinamide nucleoside is a precursor of nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD) and represents a source of vitamin B3. Recent studies have shown that new health benefits can be derived from ingesting nicotinamide ribosides in greater quantities than those found naturally in foods.
